Monkey Bread


2 cans of large biscuit dough

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup water

1/2 cup butter

place 1/2 cup sugar and water into medium saucepan over medium high heat, stirring frequently until sugar is caramelized approximately 12 minutes

while cooking the caramel cut biscuits into quarters

mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in zip lock bag, roll the biscuit quarters into small balls and place several quarters in the bag, shake to coat, place in Bundt cake pan, repeat until all quarters are coated.

melt butter and mix in remaining sugar cinnamon mix, stir to dissolve pour over coated quarters, pour caramel sauce over quarters.

 

bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees until golden brown (approximately 45 minutes)
